Project Overview: Garden Well Project

Siteforce will mobilize to the Garden Well project site on the 23rd of January 2012, to start construction of a 5 Million Ton Per Annam CIP Plant. Construction duration of the 5 MTPA Gold plant will be approximately 5 to 6 months on site. At the Garden well project, Siteforce will be responsible for the installation and construction of 1000 ton of structural steel consisting of platforms/access tower and stairs/ gold room/ Rom Bins and conveyors.

Equipment used for the construction of the Regis Resources Garden Well processing plant will be

1 x 50 ton truck mounted crane

1 x 50 ton rough terrain crane

2 x 20 ton franna's

Major lifts will be conducted with 160 ton and 220+ ton cranes

Various 45, 60 and 80 foot boom lifts  

Transporting of modules around site with triaxle trailers and 100 ton low loader

Pay rates for the project have been specified to the client and remain as such for the duration of the project, these are as follows. Flat hourly rate 7 days per week 12 hours per day.

A retainer of $2.14/ hour will be paid for every hour work and where paid travel is applicable. This retainer will be paid on the completion of the project.

Team members not completing the project as required by the Project Supervisor,  will forfeit their retainer.

Roster will be 28 days on site and 7 days off site, 1 rostered day off within 14 days. Hours of work will be 12 hours per day 7 days per week. Starting time on site will be 6:00 AM and finish time will be 6:00 PM

Siteforce will supply flight from the closest major airport to your residence then onto to Regis Resources Duketon Gold mine were team members will be bused 30 KLM to the Garden Well Project Site. All new Team members to Siteforce will be paid 3.5 hrs travel time per rotation on site.  

Note: Due to available connecting flights between Perth and the Duketon Gold Mine an overnight stop over in Perth may be necessary. If accommodation is required Siteforce will pay for accommodation however it will be the responsibility of the team member to pay for taxi fares and meals while in Perth.

Meals will be supplied at the mess on site and will be buffet style meals.

A new 250 men camp has been built on site, most of the room are ensuite. Where possible each person will keep the same room for the length of the project. There are rooms that do not have an ensuite and have shared toilets and showers, these rooms may be used if there is no ensuite rooms available and will only be used if required.

Limited pay phones will be available and each room will have wireless internet and plug in internet so that Skype can be used through personal lab tops. 

Alcohol can be purchased from the Wet mess and there will be limit's on the amount that can be purchased per person per day.

It is recommended the personal items are bought to site e.g. tooth pastes/ shaving cream/ shampoos and soaps etc.

However some personal items that can be purchased on site. 

Washing Facilities will be free issue and available at the camp.
